The town of Fujiyoshida at the base of Mt.Fuji is well-known for its unique udon noodles. 


Udon is characteristically tough and chewy,a texture that is unlike any other udon dish.



Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let theback side of packing(蒸氣口) face up



Udon (flour, salt), cabbage, starchdecomposition product, fried tofu, fish and shellfish extract, soy sauce,blended miso, kelp extract, fish powder, yeast extract, alcohol, amino acid, PHadjuster. Thickener (xanthan gum).
